Who has one? How much did you pay? How much do you love/hate it. I have a 30x15 montezuma that's overflowing plus tools in the shop that need to be in the field. So I plan on adding the road box next to the montezuma but I can't afford the $2200 price tag so the search continues:)

I've got two of them. One was purchased new for $1480 as a favor from my dealer (price had just changed to $2200) and the other was purchased used for $600. One is my home garage toolbox, the other is loaded up as a road box.

I bought mine used of the truck for $1200 and it looked like it never held a tool. It is a big chest and can hold a ton. If you plan on using as a road chest, make a sling to lift it with a cherry picker or hoist, loaded, two guys are not lifting it in back of the truck. It's almost 200 lbs empty. Mine has an easy life, it sits on top of my 1022, it won't fit in my service truck compartments. I will go as far as to say I love the box and will own it until the day I die.

Been wanting one for a while as well but can justify the $2000+ right now. The iso frame version is sweet.

Newer chest are KRA 62C and have been made the current way since 95ish. I would guess they came out in the mid 80's or so since they do not show up in the newest catalog on collecting snapon which I think is a 79. All in all, I think they are the same basic box, just the drawers are flipped which I have no idea why they did. The only thing I can guess is they had problems with the top drawer slide frames letting loose. My 62c, the frame work is boxed around the center drawer, so there is pretty much now way the smaller drawers could rack.
