Is there an easy way to get the rails out of the inside of the cabinet? I need to replace some.

The slides are quick release, so half the slide stays on the drawer and the other half stays on the wall.
They make a special pry bar called the SPP837. I have one and I wouldn't recommend trying to get the slides off without it.
The slides have a front bayonet, a rear bayonet, and then a claw between the front and rear bayonets. The bayonets are easy to disengage, but the claw takes some finesse.
There's one claw holding one half of the slide to the wall and then there's another claw that holds the other half of the slide to the drawer. You got a credit card or a rewards card? That's what you use to locate the claw. Run the card between the slide and the wall. Where the card stops is where the claw is at. You put the special pry bar right there at that spot.
Pry the slide out real lightly and then take the palm of your hand and pound the pry bar straight up. If all goes well, the slide flies up and off the wall without causing any damage to the thin 18 gauge sheet metal wall.

Thanx for the video link, that helps a lot.
I have the tool, but it's metal and I'm getting senile and for got how to use it.
Think I'll Download that video so I can answer this question for myself next time I forget this stuff!

there is a special tool to remove the slide. My snap on guy changed them on my box
