So I have a KRL1022PKA its an older model one that the front of the drawers is an aluminum piece well problem is my aluminum fronts are where they slide off with the lock and roll latches.. I called snap on and I'm waiting to hear back as the front pieces are discontinued and the gentleman on the phone had no clue what to do about the problem so my question is has anyone else had this problem and if so what did snap-on do to remedy it I'm betting I get that return call telling me to super glue them or something like that which in my opinion is not a good solution but its kind of in their hands

I think I know what you're saying. but kinda hard without pics...

basically the drawer "fronts" slide on and off? kinduva channel/groove?

will squeezing the channel a bit with a pair of pliars make it stay better?
like I said, not real sure without pics, but it sounds like what I had on my last box. had one drawer front that kept sliding. a little duct tape (to protect the finish) and a pair of smooth jaw knipex pliars, and all was good...

You could probably even get away with using a seamer to crimp them back on. Or maybe an adhesive of some sort? Though as far as I know snap on will warrant trim and those plastic grip latches, I have a 1023b and I know most of the drawers are about the same dimensions. Is yours a special anodized trim?

Just protect the area you're going to squeeze with some tape or something, and squeeze it in several spots.. won't take much pressure, and you're done.
here's a pic of my last box, had to fix the fronts on it, and did what I described, no issues...
