Snap on L-710 repair kit?

Hi,

I have been searching forums for this and have seen a few links provided for kits, but upon clicking them they keep saying product not found on the snap on site. So not sure if its because the threads were all several years old. Does Snap On currently offer a repair kit for a L-710? It is Canadian made if that matters.

This pdf has good reference material, The kit would be a RKRA972 per this, Not available per their new site. I would guess an RKRA930 or RKRA711 might work but dont know for sure. Calling Snap-on may yield better results. The new website they have is for ****, very difficult to find parts on it.

If you don't have access to a Snap on truck, call or email them. They may be able to help you. I requested rebuild kits for my Canadian made S713A and F723 ratchets a few years ago and Snap on sent me the rebuild kits free of charge.

That's the rebuild kit number for the L-710.

@plinker I actually came across that PDF but when I looked up the part number on the Snap On site, it turned up with nothing. Makes sense now after seeing your thoughts on the Snap On site.

Before I posted, I had emailed Snap on asking them if there was a rebuild kit for this ratchet that I could purchase. The rep came back telling me they want to send a UPS box to me so I can send it in for repair or warranty.

Perhaps I should try them again to see if they direct to the page on the site which would allow me to buy one.
