wow, never seen that one before. I would probably prefer to have that one just for the cradle capability.

Anyway here is a picture of it with the magnet clip. Super strong magnet. It is meant for regular flashlights but this works with my worklight.

Who is the manufacturer and part number of that magnetic clip on the snappy light?

thanks,

how are these compared to Milwaukee M12 Stick Light?

What kind of bulb does it use?

Does it have a 1/4"-20 female thread hole?

Interesting, looks like it fits the back of the light perfectly, that's why I thought it was an accessory.

I got one of the Snap-on ECFBARLED work lights just like Mr 3-5-7's about a month ago. The dealer who calls on my favorite shop ordered it for me to use around the house. Terrific light -- bright, extremely uniform illumination. I really enjoyed using it for about 15 minutes over a few days.

Then the switch broke. Well, half the switch broke. Position I worked fine. Position II, the lower brightness setting on the rocker switch, gave up the ghost. The dealer has had it for three weeks as I wait for a replacement. Apparently none in the system to swap out mine.

COO China. In this case, it shows. Not terribly happy with the product, but looking forward to having another one to use at some point.

Wow that *****. sorry to hear that. Ive been noticing alot of other people buying this light maybe we can wait a while to see what they think. I still like mine. I abuse the ever-loving piss out of it. The only thing thats wrong with it is all the scratches on the lens now.

I like very much the idea that all the bits -- lens, housing, strip LED, hooks, battery grip -- are available separately. As wear takes its toll the tool doesn't have to be disposable.

In my case the dealer is choosing to swap out the entire unit, but I guess it could have been repaired with a new handle.

I used mine for about 8 hrs already in one day. My only complaint is the switch is hard to toggle on/off with gloves on. Other than that it's a great light.

Update on my light's bad switch...

Almost six weeks waiting for a replacement, and my dealer has no idea when Snap-on might be able to supply. He has others waiting for ones ordered about the time I got mine.

None in the Snap-on system per the website.

Problems in the supply chain somewhere. One hopes it's for reworking that switch(!)

Any Chance of getting a picture of the charger for the ECFBARLED, its connector to the light and its output rating?
