Are these snap on rechargeable lights model 92164 any good? They seem to be everywhere at a low price

If that's one of the gimmick tools from places like Costco don't bother. Those things have nothing to do with Snap-On tools, its just merchandising. If you want a decent cheap LED work light the Cman one is pretty good.

They still put their name on it and people still buy it for the name.

If it was offensive they wouldn't license their name to put on dog turd products.

i personally would never buy one, but i got one as a x-mas gift and it works fine nothing special, but works like any other light in that price range! but 35-45 is a little high, if i remember correctly my brother said he paid 20 for it!
