Once you take the bolt out with a flat head screw driver, then it is either a c-clip or a nut that takes a 7/8 socket. Get that out and you are done.

And obviously the drawers need to come out.

That's how my 4 snap on locks have been anyways.

I’m just trying to remove the tumbler. The lock is easy the tumbler is how you code the lock.

AFAIK you have to have the key inserted to remove the tumbler. :headscrat

okay. the term is wafers I think .
so you need to remove the key, and the wafers are retained by a bit of a crimp, you need to give them a bit of a press to get them out . you will see one side is wider than the other, that's the side that slips out. there's small springs in there too, be careful not to lose them or let them go flying

this is just a picture of the same style tumbler for reference. LDV sells just these tumblers coded ready to install if you want to key the boxes alike. I was just hoping someone here knew but i may have to call LDV this week and ask what the procedure is on this style.

there probably be a screw on the back side that holds the cam in place. remove that with the key inserted & the core will come out .

I tried this but still didn't come out. I have a feeling it has to be turned to a certain position and then it should come out. the newer locks have a few videos floating around on how it works but they are a vending machine style lock and a bit different
