Snap On Logo

I have this Snap On pocket rule and was curious as to it's age.If I'm correct,the logo is current,but when did Snap On start using it?I actually forgot that I had this until I looked in a small Proto 75th anniversary box that I haven't opened in years.It was kinda cool to see all the small ignition wrenches and tiny Proto pliers inside.But then I remembered that is why it sat unopened for years....I don't ever use ignition wrenches.But they're still nice to keep around.

I picked up a couple of those last year at the flea and they came with SO pocket protectors.

No p/n so I was guessing 90's vintage due to the fractional/metric push.
Could be slightly earlier.
I doubt much beyond mid 2000's.
