Can anyone tell me how long Snap On has used the current style and logo for the 3/8" SAE sockets?

I have a few wrenches from '89 that have the old logo with the underline Snap On logo. But my concern is if I had to get a replacement for a used set that I am buying on Ebay that are the new style.

I believe the new logo switchover occured in 1988. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

How many logo's have there been over the years?

It seems like 3 to me.

Do any Snap-on historians have pictures of the 3? distinct logo's with years of use?

There was a set of black chrome wrenches at the Orlando show that had each logo used by Snap-on on one wrench in the set. I think there were either 5 or 6 wrenches in that set. My dealer bought a set as a promo for a toolbox buy so he might have them by now but one of the dealers on here might remember before I can ask him though.

I know I have some GOEX wrenches that are relatively old with the new logo, and I have a screwdriver socket with the old logo, but it is from 1959.

I was on the truck the other day and bought a 1" combo wrench from so for a spare, and it had the old print on them.
