They dont seem to offer the exact set anymore however the wrenches are of reasonably recent production. Part numbers are RFM911A through RFM1921A [current wrenches in their catalog end with a B].
Only the smaller sizes have seen some use. In the interest of full disclosure a few open ends [mainly just the used 9x11 and 10x12] have some very small areas of rust inside the open ends but the finish is otherwise very good. The original [flimsy] black plastic holder/package is included and does have some tool box wear. Stamped USA.

Part numbers CW-10 to CW-19.
Cornwell, at least at one time, called these "long" wrenches, i'd call them regular in length. As you can see they have the classic V-Groove open end that they're known for. The flimsy plastic holder has seen better days.

They call these "short" wrenches but they really arent all that short. I'd put them similar to Cman raised panel in length, certainly much longer than what most brands call short or stubby wrenches. Wrenches are in new condition and inside a blue vinyl armstrong pouch. A few do have light cosmetic scratches from being shipped/stored. Snap-On wrench not included!
