Snap-on MD-10?

Any idea what this is? Google search isn't turning up anything. It is a 10" bar with a 3" long V-shaped slit in one end. And that end isn't flat, each side is angled in the opposite direction. "Snap-on MD-10 USA 3"

The only MD-10 I know of is the airplane of that name. Maybe it's a special tool for the MD-10

Very interesting, thanks! Mine looks like MD-9 in that picture. Browsing that site for a little bit I found that the 1955 catalog has an MD-10 that looks similar, so that must be it: http://frankmurch.com/catalogs/catalogs.php?loggedin=0&catalogPage=1447
