This is confusing? in the post before this one you say "sale pending" then you say still available, and first to pay gets it? As a buyer this looks confusing? So which is it? Sounds like you are telling him yea, am am selling this to you but only if some other guys money doesn't reach me first? Just does not look good bro?

I responded to back2class hours ago and he never wrote back. I asked if he wanted to pay by Paypal and sent my email address. I've had no response nor payment. I simply want to sell the tool. I am an honorable seller and have had good transactions on here. If you're going to take the tool take it. Communicate how and when you will pay for it. It's all pretty basic.

wow, it had been 5 hours and you were already moving on from the original buyer?? atleast give him a solid day to get back to you.. maybe he was on the way out the door to work or something.
things around here go so fast on classifieds that not everybody has the time to sit here all day checking deals.. so the guy gets lucky and "snatches" it up, atleast in theory.. yet you give him 5 hours to complete the transaction or you renig on it..?? weird.

No, I'm just going to give it to my friend. He'll really dig having it. I thought to do so in the first place but money is tight so I thought otherwise. I should have gone with my first instinct.
dont think you're a jerk, just impatient. You gave him a few hours to get back to you. You could have just said you no longer want to sell it instead of saying that he never got back to you blah blah blah its too much of a hassle blah blah blah.

This seems to be a pretty laid back classified section. I think there still needs to be a certain amount of courtesy. If someone says "I'll take it", then it should be paid for promptly.What's promptly ?......1day, 2days or ? Who knows since there aren't any rules about it. I've seen people on here say "I'm next in line in case his deal falls through". How long can the buyer take to pay before second in line can take a shot ? I have a couple people that told me 3-4 days ago they wanted an item.I expect a payment or at least a msg before then or it's back up for sale.
