I am trying to cut down on the number of vise's that I have, so this one goes. It is a Mech's vise, featuring a swivel base, pipe jaws, anvil back and replaceable / reversible jaws. 4 1/2 jaws and a 4 inch opening, it opens and closes with no issues. I did not try the swivel, I am sure it works well also. (I will check it before it leaves) This has not be mounted in many years, if ever. It has not been abused in any way. This guy is a bit dirty, but very functional.
