Snap-on midget tool box thrift find

I got this awesome little box at a thrift store on thursday, well it was more of a junk store. It was in the back of the store under a bunch of crappy tool boxes. It wasn't priced, I took it up to the register and the guy said "Looks like you found a nice little toolbox". I waited for him to say something like you know that's a Snap-on. He didn't instead he said how about $3.

Does any one know what year/era it is from and what the contents where. A catalog scan would be sweet, Thanks.

I am going to repaint it and I will need a new lock.

KRA-65. It's in both the 1953 and the 1965 catalog. That's about all I know.

Oh, by the way.........I hate you because I want one of those!

What do you think one of those is worth if you were selling or looking for one??

I have no idea on price, I don't really keep up on Snap-on prices. It is a really nice and useful box. If I had to guess something close to $40.

Id pay up to 30-40 in red and not rusted condition.. maybe 65 if pristine.

I have one that's been kicking around now for twenty years.It's still available in the snap on catalog,or was the last time I looked about a year ago.It's still in my 2007 catalog-KRA65c
