Snap-on Milwaukee Wis Marking

I got this at an estate sale this morning, looks to be a mid 1920's NO.1. It's not marked No.1 and is marked Milwaukee Wis and not USA. It's a bit different than most examples, anyone know when they marked like this?

None of my mid 20's pieces have a model number, stormking.

There is some variation in the no.1. Here are 6 examples. The top one is stamped only "snap on". The second "snap on milwaukee usa". The next two both stamped "snap on milwaukee wis". The bottom two are both "no.1 snap on milwaukee usa". The bottom one is date stamped 29. The others are not stamped but based on length and catalog pics range from maybe 26 back to 22.

The two that match yours were in sets from 25 and 26.
