These screwdrivers were in production a long time ago, Production stopped, the became "rare" and popped up on ebay from time to time. People snagged them for high prices beacause they were "rare". Last year they were brought back into production, my guess is that SO had their ears to the streets and listened.

The reason the prices are high on ebay is because some people are trying to flip them to un-informed consumers.

Don't waste ur time. U can't get any type of torque gripping the thing. Good luck trying to get it warrantied in the future.
I bought one because everyone on here was back a couple months ago.....ended up selling it for more money because I couldn't figure out a good reason to keep it

I also was given one for free by my driver. It is a nice small screwdriver. The Philips tips works great. It is a little thick but it is a good pocket screwdriver, for times a when a little guy will get you by. I was surprised how good it was. Probably because it was free, but I think it worth buying one, at a good guy price not full retail.

I would use mine more if the screwdriver size was better. Maybe a very fine phillips, small flat head instead of a #2 bit.

People still think these are unavailable so prices are still high. There not that great. They are short and small. Cant really produce enough torque to turn a #2 phillips with it.

I found it great for making fine adjustments, when setting something up, when a little trial and error may be involved. The small size allows me to put it in my pocket, and try to use whatever wi the both hands to see if the adjust ment was good. When it needs a little tuning again, I have that little guy right there in my pocket, whip it out make my adjustment, real quick like, and then try again. It is also good for tight spots.

I use it for its advantage nots its disadvantages. If the plastic was more grippy, it would be better, but harder to keep clean. It is so short and thin, that it does have some limitations on torque especially with the smooth surface.

It reminds me of a little cheap set I had as a kid, that had a black handle that would slip, over the different colored clear plastic handles of different screwdrivers. Those little handles, as a kid would hurt my hand they were so small. Those sucked as the metal never held up, and the handles would break if pushed too hard. They came in a nice little case though. That was quite ways ago. It had to be Chinese.

SO brought a company out that was producing the drivers according to my old driver. That's why they came back. Supposedly once they sell out this time they're not coming back.

Keyword is supposedly. No I don't own one lol
