Snap-On miniature rolling pit box

My neighbor found this at a garage sale and gave it to me as a gift. I am currently using it as a office tool box with some smaller precision tools. Not sure if these can be purchased as I have not been able to find anything online about this box. I am interested in knowing more about this box.
