Snap On MT 2000

I picked up a Snap On MT 2000 at the swap meet today, but there were no instructions with it. I did a google search, and couldn't find anything about this unit. Might someone know how to use it or have a copy of the instructions that they could scan and send to me?
I hope that I didn't overpay for this... I gave the seller $10.........
