You have a point but, This is a first generation, OBD I scantool. It is lunchbox sized and
considering how long it has been sitting here... Anybody that knows what it is and is
interested in buying it I will take some pictures for.

I'll quote from the manual what it will do.

The multiscanner provides complete diagnostic capability for 1981-1986 GM vehicles equipped with
CCC, EFI, or PFI computer systems. Multi-Scanner
provides a visual means of examining sensor input
voltages, switch status, solenoid driver commands, motor driver commands, mixture control solenoid dwell
and trouble codes. A total of 51 parameters are available for examination. Multi-Scanner will interface to the following on-board computer systems:

*Electronic Fuel Injection.
*Oldsmobile minimum Function.
*Port Fuel Injection.
*T-Car Minimum Function.
