Hi guys, I have been looking for a good battery tester for a while now and just found this one kind of local on craigslist

I don't have any experience with type of battery tester, and I was wondering if it is still useful on today's types of batteries? AGM? Deep Cycle? I contacted the seller and he says it works, I'm not sure on its accuracy or if these things need to be calibrated? Any information about this charger and its usefulness or what to look for would really be appreciated.
