So is this just a "fancy" power probe 4? Is it actually worth the price tag when I can get a pp4 on ebay for $1391566541eb08ffa78592185e26108379d.jpg

I was curious and looked into it, all I could find was a 3 minute video by SnapOn. It sure looks to be made by Power Probe. From what I can tell, it doesn't do a whole lot more than a PP3, and is less capable than a PP4. I like the design though. What was it, over $300? Eh.

full time shop use, might be worth the price...casual use...the PP4 is really hard to beat.

I would go for the PP4

I watched the video and it seems to be somewhere between the PP4 and the PP HOOK. I think for my money the PP4 is probably the best bang for your buck.
