A full set of their sockets in both impact and chrome, in 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2in drive. Or up to 1in drive if your going to be working on big stuff

I don't know if anyone else has chimed these in, but SO's 24 oz and 40 oz dead blow pein hammers are outstanding. The padded handles are a godsend when you're working with sore hands.

I work on helicopters and my must haves are 1/4 drive sockets and offset wrenches. The shame of it is you will find alternative tools after buying lots of snap on ones. The Williams racheting screw driver is the same guts but half price, pliers from snap on are junk-buy knipex, most blue point tools can be found under a different brand including knipex and gear wrench.

Best thing about snap on is they come to you and you don't have to spend your weekends looking for or warrantying tools. Internet makes buying tools different than when i bought most of mine but warranty is still a pain.

Keep in mind don't get sucked into the snap on brand thinking its the best there is. Its usually damn good but maybe not for the price they ask.

I've never used them on a car, but Snap on sells these nice o-ring and seal tools, they look like little spoons, they are nice and round so they won't damage something that you are rebuilding. SGSR. I haven't seen anyone else selling something like these tools, and they are useful and less risky than using a sharp pick of some sort.
