I have the Craftsman version of this and use it a lot, is it worth the upgrade to Snap-On?

Good for those who got them cheaper. I started the bid at 35 and was declined. I guess I jumped the gun a little. Still a fair price at $45 anyway... Very happy for those who got them cheaper.:rocker:

I bought my Williams version from MRO or MSO something like that for I think it was $28 shipped.

YES. I bought the Cman Pro two years ago on black Friday. Heard all kinds of good about SO and bought one. Blows the Cman away. Definitely worth it.
