Snap-on No. 220 Socket 11/16 -- collector value?

I'm not a Snap-on guy. I found this socket at a flea market. I don't need/want it so I thought I'd check here in case it has collector value.

Looked online and it appears to be circa 1925(?). Is that right?

And then there is this other one, a TW-141. Both are 1/2"

Old school items like that have to be in pristine condition to fetch any real $$...they are only worth anything to someone who is missing a size to complete a set...

So, to answer your question, no, they're not worth much as individual sockets...

Always check EBay for pricing info...it's not "real world", but a history search can give you an idea of demand...just don't fall for the hype when you see some dreamer asking $10/ea for old used sockets...

Then again, there are 2 idiots for every dreamer in EBay-fantasyland...
