Snap on No.71 spring?!?

Hope it's OK to post this on the normal forum, but came across this old girl and looks a little over engineered on the light little spring for the pawn. Old No.71. Haven't checked with snappy, but anyone by chance have a spare spring from a parted out rat they might wanna sell??

Negative on the faceplate pin. Might have to fab that up too. What do you use to make the spring? Guessing just certain size wire, but any recommendations on what to use?

not sure of the width, stiff but bendable . it does not have to be perfect, . the faceplate pin goes in the small hole, not hard to make

I just find a spring of appropriate gauge and and use that. Takes a bit of fiddling
