Used, as in not new, my guess is $100 to $175 tops.
Several of the auto depts at schools list this set as part of the basic kit that students get at half price.

If you want a set of snap on wrench's and want want to save a little money off a new set, i would go for it.
Offering some one 100$ would be more of an insult then haggling IMO.

I agree. Seems to happen alot though 175-200 would be a good price.
Well, I emailed him a couple minutes ago and asked if he could go lower. He said he would do $200. I couldn't pass that up. They have literally only been used once(he changes his mind ALOT). So I will be picking them up sometime next week. Il post up picks when I get them.
And on a side note, I cannot get a student discount sadly. I decided very late on what I wanted to do. So I have so much done already in college that I cannot meet the full time student requirements, unless I take useless classes that would just waist money. *****, but its my own fault.

Its an okay price I guess I ran into a set at the hawk shop the other day for $175 or so though.

PROTO is often ignored, they are well made and cheaper I used mine for more than 25 years without the flank drive. My first choice was BONNEY but now I recommend everyone to have alook on PROTO and judge himself. Also comfortable to hold than SO.
