Snap-On overstrike socket-value?

I found an old Snap-On socket (20s vintage) in with a bunch of stuff. Its an odd one. 1/2" drive 3/4" square. I have a full set of 1/2 drive 8 pt sockets so I doubt I will ever find a use for it... Is there any value in these old sockets? The little history I found on ebay was less than encouraging, but all I found there was 5/8 drive....

pm snapmom. i sold her a couple. i did not get rich but was more than satisfied. i also know they are in good hands with her. makes you feel good when someone else enjoys them more than you.

The 4 point ones are hard to find. The 6 point ones for most sizes that came in sets will go for $5-8 on average.

The 4 point ones, in this condition, are very scarce. The problem is, not too many people want them, and unless you have a set, on ebay, they are still only will fetch $10-20, depending on who needs what size. A rare one like the 1/2 x 1/2 drive would get more competition. in strike over 4 pt, 3/4 is one of the more common ones, but still rare.

I would like to have it if you want to sell or trade, I could use it for a second set of 4 point strike overs Im putting together.

overstrike or strikeover . i think overstrike is the more common name. as dustin decsribed the s and o are stamped over one another. i wonder wich one is was stamped first?
