How often does the PH2050 not do what you want done? I've got both and the PH3050 with the QD chuck is definitely a bigger hoss.
Nowadays, I have those two, plus a couple of smaller generic guns. It's handy to be able to leave a tool in each and only go with the larger, heavier PH3050 where it's going to take power or several tools to git 'er done.
