AFAIK Snap-on outsourced their PLASMA cutting equipment manufacturing. I think that style of cutter was sold by many vendors and was most likely made in Italy. I'd ask the seller where the unit was made -- and how old it is. Then call Snap-on and see if they still have parts available.

Even if they do, parts for older Italian cutting equipment are getting very expensive.

I also saw that one as I was looking through CL for a tig welder.If you can still get the consumables then its not a bad deal.That is the main thing.

Without them it will become useless.
