Snap-on QD3R250 Torque wrench $225

Used just a handful of times. Not a everyday mechanic. Just diy. So wasn't use much. $225 obo. Hopefully this would help out someone that would use it way more. Comes with Torque wrench, case and manual

Can you explain how the locking device works?

The collar moves up and then you twist to the desired torque and then release to lock in position.
