Most dealers will replace a screwdriver blade without question. If you send it in to Snap-on, they will more than likely send you a new screwdriver.

The noob questions just keep coming:

How do you replace the blade of a screwdriver? I can imaging pressing a new one in and maybe securing it with a touch of epoxy. But how do you yank the old one out?

They use one of those didgital blade extractors, with ionizers.:bounce:

You just pry the old one out and press the new one in. No epoxy required.

put the blade in a vise ( horizontally ) and leave just enough room to get a prybar in between the vise and the screwdriver handle. then off it comes.
