I don't see this one on the chart. I have two ratchets with this 9 plus another that's obviously 1959. Plus an obvious 1965. Both of these pictured were bought new by my dad, and 1969 is easily my best guess. To my knowledge he never bought any snap-on after 1973 because he went into the parts business and wasn't wrenching full time. Plus he already had everything snap-on made by then
