Have a couple that need guts replaced. Can't seem to catch up with the truck.

Will they rebuild if I send them in or should I just order parts?

You're missing out on all the fun of rebuilding it yourself. Order the rebuild kits and order the SPP744 special service tool while you're at it.

The worst part is that little ball and spring,it can be a royal pain in the *** to keep it in place.Ratchets,I have been told of one Snap On dealer so far that refused fix a slipping ratchet 3 times. It was from a shop owner in Big Rapids,Mi that went through this, dealer said there was nothing wrong with it and it was an employee's ratchet. He watched it happen, slipped three times and gave this employee busted knuckles 2 times.Took care of the problem himself instead of calling Snap On's service department.Told this dealer fix the ratchet or he was done stopping by.Ended up fixing the ratchet finally.
