Snap-On Ratchet Question....

Have a nice 3/8" Snap-On ratchet that I love to death. It's about 20 years old, which I purchased new. My one 'go-to' ratchet when working on projects. It has the nice 'switch' to go from on/off that is helpful when you're just too dang tired to think anymore on a project. Well, this switch has been falling out of the ratchet due to wear and tear, and now it is gone.
Any Snap-On dealers or members here know the policy on replacement?
The local Snap-On guys here are hit and miss around town, and I would really love to get it fixed. Thanks in advance - John

Just went out and got the ratchet. Found the repair kit doc, just guess I missed the email link. Appreciate the help. The PN is F836. Neon orange handle...have a 1/4" little brother to match it.

The all-time greatest find was when they were cleaning out fired employee lockers at my Dad's job MANY years back, they found a 1/2" drive Snap-On ratchet with a complete set of SAE and Metric sockets. Employee never came back to claim them, so 25+ years later they made it to my toolbox a few years back.

Customer service rep sending a complete rebuild kit. This was one of three products I have purchased from SnapOn in the past 20 years, so I think I got pretty good bang for my buck....lol...Thanks again for your assistance.

Just an update:
Rebuild kit came today via UPS. Complete internals, directions were in a PDF online. Took about 1/2 hr to do from start to finish, cleaning out ratchet and reassembly.
