Probably just copied the text from the Snap-on site. Happens all the time. It is an older model and it states S832 in the description.

Some people think all snap on ratchets are Dual80 Technology simply because they don't have any idea what it is. Don't expect an 80 tooth ratchet if you purchase that tool.

Bingo...In a way, cant fault the seller for doing their homework, chances are they don't know tools either. Problem is if you search for S832 or F936...any old ratchet number, the SO site automatically crosses it over to the modern day equivalent... so if you search for S832, it comes up with the S80A Rat...search for a F936 and you get F80, etc.

I've said it for years...eBay is not a place for uninformed buyers to be shopping.

I thought is was a bit strange, just was thinking it would be cool if you could put the dual80 internals in the old ratchets, because I own a few old snap on ratchets

I have that ratchet S832 It's a 32 tooth ratchet. The 3/8 Drive F830 has 30 tooth. The F936 3/8 drive has 36 tooth and the S936 1/2 drive also has 36 tooth.
