Do you all normally order from snap on online or is this something you get from your driver. What is the cost and is it covered by the warranty

I got mine for free by calling them. Just let them know you no longer have a driver.

Just ask your driver for one. If he has the time he can do it on the spot for you. Good drivers do it in 5 mins. New drivers or mechanically challenged ones will take 20 mins.

I don't have a driver. I just called customer service, and gave them my info and the ratchets part # and I had the kit in about 10 days. They shipped UPS Ground for Free, no charge for the kit either.

My neighbor Ken's dealer does not fix them, get a new one instead. He had one missing a cover screw and was handed a new ratchet. The old ratchet worked fine.I had him take in one of mine last month, same thing happened recieving a new ratchet.
