Snap on ratchet rebuild kits

Do you all normally order from snap on online or is this something you get from your driver. What is the cost and is it covered by the warranty

Rebuild kits are warranty items. Most dealers stock them on the truck.

I have never had a problem with anyone of my Snap On ratchets, when that time comes I'll get them on line

I got mine for free by calling them. Just let them know you no longer have a driver.

Just ask your driver for one. If he has the time he can do it on the spot for you. Good drivers do it in 5 mins. New drivers or mechanically challenged ones will take 20 mins.

I don't have a driver. I just called customer service, and gave them my info and the ratchets part # and I had the kit in about 10 days. They shipped UPS Ground for Free, no charge for the kit either.

I trade my old guts in for new guts from the driver. I rebuild the ratchets myself.

My neighbor Ken's dealer does not fix them,get a new one instead.He had one missing a cover screw and was handed a new ratchet.The old ratchet worked fine.I had him take in one of mine last month,same thing happened recieving a new ratchet.
