Snap On Ratchet Repair - Quick Release modification

Quick question for a Snap On newbie.

Can a F711 3/8 ratchet be turned into a QR ratchet with the appropriate repair kit? The center dust cover is removed of course.

If so, what would the repair kit be called? F723?

Not sure if it would work. But you can get a kit for 10.00. I would replace everything, come back and let us know, and show pics. the kit you need is RKRAF723
