Snap on ratchet tooth count.

I'm looking for amount of teeth on these ratchets, not on snap-on's site.

IS this actually a 1/2" ratchet? I was under the impression there was no "modern" 1/2" round head.

S is a 1/2 ratchet. S831 is a flex head 30 tooth.

I found another one on ebay s872. Apparently no longer made, but fairly recent.

72 tooth 1/2" roundhead standard length.

So, is there/what would the long one be God I want a standard and long 1/2" roundhead.

I've seen williams and c-man 1/2" roundheads personally so I don't see why not a S/O

From what I see on the repair page, no 1/2" long round head. Damn.

I wonder if a guy was to get a crapped out long handle snapon, and weld the handle onto a regular 1/2" round head, who much would the chroming be Yes, I might be that crazy.

Cool, I'm watching both of the standard ones, not sure I want the other. I just can't bring myself to buy a sealed head. If I could get both 1/2" round heads, then I would have complete sets at work and home.

I don't know how many teeth the S-52 has, but I think it is a dual pawl design, and believe me, the action is so smooth you can hardle feel the teeth at all!!

Yeah, I have a special place in my heart for round head ratchets. I just flat out dislike the sealed head ones.

If you want an 80 tooth 1/2 inch ratchet you are going to have to wait. Snap-on is in the transition from their old to new inventory. They just came out with their new catalogue, but some things are not online yet. I would think in a month they will be available.
