Snap On ratchet wrench info?

Anybody have wrenches like these? Picked them up the other day and can't find any like them on the internet.

Looks like a 1986 date code so they're likely old, and rare, enough there's no info on the internet. You might have to hunt down an old catalog to get any more info on them.
