I need a Snap-On 3/8 ratchet I can not pay more than $25 for it I would prefer a hard handled one but a standard will work just as well it can be regular length or long I could also use a flex or roto. PM if you have one for $25 or less and please include a picture or I'm not interested if you don't have an SO I'm ok with Mac too. Thanks
