Those are screwdriver handles.

The part numbers for ratchet handles are THD72-12R for 1/4" drive in red
and FHD80-12R for 3/8" drive red. They are $20 and $22 direct from Snap On and both are in stock.

The old handles can be removed in a number of ways. Take care not to damage the chrome.

If the old handles were soft grip, you may need to saw off 1/4" or so from the chrome handle. I just used a hack saw. File or grind a generous chamfer to help the new handle go on. I also touched up the sawn end with cold gun bluing, but you can dab on a bit of primer. Ensure the chrome under the handle is degreased and clean as a whistle.

The new handle is best attached when warm. I put mine in a pot of near boiling water for 5 minutes. Dry the bore as best you can before fitting, but work quickly. I beat mine on with a rubber mallet. The Snap On Logo faces the side with the reverse lever.
