Snap On Relabel?

Is this the same tool licensed and relabeled by Snap-On? It seems like a gimmick tool to me. It almost borders on Infomercial grade “solution looking for a problem” and I wish Billy Mays were around to yell about it for 30 minutes.

Does anybody have one of these and thinks it’s the best thing since sliced bread?

It's a ratchet extension not a gimmick. I've never used one, but could see where it might come in handy and save time and frustration and might keep you from having to remove stuff to get to fasteners.
