Looking to possibly buy a hutch for my krl1022 box. only concern i have is, is that I am 6'4". I dont want to have to hunch over to be able to work on top of my box. anyone know if they make the risers a little taller also? or any other options? thanks

i am 6'4" guy and i did play around with other tech who is my friend that have matco (four bays box) with Hutch. i always tell him to put a sponge tube on top of hutch so i dont hit my head on it! the reason i go to his box as just tease him...

I am not big fan of Hutch or riser... that why i am just bought KRL1203 and KRL1003 as combo top and bottom....

good idea. well, main reason im looking for a riser is i work at a dealer and would just like the extra security of the stuff i leave on top of my box. chargers aren't cheap and i'd like to leave all my solvents up there instead of my cart, etc.

This whole thread reminds me of those sheet metal lawn buildings on display outside the local hardware store. If you're 5 feet tall, you'll be able to walk in them just fine. :wtf:

if you can get a top cabinet to put on top of the hutch, you could fab up the hitch yourself and paint to match

I would be afraid of the torque that would be applied to them at that distance so if you space them that far I would recomend that you have something to connect them
