Im wanting to replace my broken drawer on my Snap-on roll cab model KRA380C. I just wanted some reassurance from some of your guys that this is the correct drawer that I will be buying.

Pics of my box are below and you can see that the 4th drawer down is broken and non-functional.

The drawer that I am pretty sure I need is seen in the Snap-on website link and its the last part on that list (labeled: 4, Drawer, Deep).

Im just looking for someone to verify that this is the correct part that I will need so I don't buy something thats wrong.

Thanks everyone!!

Looks right to me. But let me ask you this, what's wrong with the drawer itself? Usually it's a drawer slide issue, but if you're replacing the drawer that leads me to think there's a major problem with the one you have?!

Yeah, the drawer needs replaced. I think pictures would show you best, but one of the actual "lips" that the slider slides into has basically sheared away so there is only a bottom lip on the drawer.

I wonder if this would be covered under warranty? I would give Snap-On a call; all they can say is "no", worth a try! Also, look @ the part you want to replace; many times the part # is stamped on the piece itself! Good luck! :)

Yeah, maybe Ill do that. Do you know what their warranty policy is on their roll cabs?

Thanks for the advice fellas

Well, I just got off the phone with Snap-On customer service and the drawer IS under a lifetime warranty. I just went outside and pulled it out to get ready for the UPS call tag.

This site has already saved me over $200, however, Ive spent at least that in tools from this site in the last couple weeks. I guess it evens out haha

Thanks guys.
