Snap-on roll cart-HELP!

Hey guys, My son recently acquired a new KRP1HD snap-on tool cart from our friend (who is a Snap-on dealer). It came from the factory with no legs and SO told our friend to keep it and they sent him another one. He then gave it to my son who was in need of one as he is just starting out in a shop. I figured it would be no problem to find some PVC pipes that would make it work but, apparently SO made their own style of legs and i cannot find a part number online as replacement parts "don't Exist". Does anyone have this cart and is there a part number on the legs? Any help is appreciated.

Your snap on friend should either be able to look this up in his system or give a call to snap on to see if there's any way to get the legs. If it's a re-branded product, they may be able to tell you the OEM so you can inquire with them.
