so i have a snap on cart that is 6 monthes old , was wiping it down and noticed the first ,top (of 6 ) drawers has lots of scratch marks were the handle has been rubbing on the inside of the cart
the snap on dealer (he is new) said it should be warrenty since the are some rough edges that are rubbing on the top of the drawer and to replace the drawer would not solve the problem , whole cart need to be replaced
i did not realize that the roll carts had such a warrenty , tool boxes yes
we will see what happens next week
not a big deal to me really but now i am thinking of getting a different color
have candy apple red , thinkin of getting extreme green
the cart did retail for 1400.00 new
just never expected a warrenty as good as tool boxes get
