Snap-On Rolling Tool Caddy

Hey guys i picked up this Snap-On Tool Caddy at an auction yesterday and was wondering if anyone has one and can give me some insight on what this piece is missing, it looks like their should be something on top that bolts on.

That was originally used for test equipt.... Meters etc.... But you can use it for whatever you need.

Probably a VAT but could have been a small scope. I think it had multiple uses

I thought a light mounted to the top.

This was actually sitting next to an off brand engine testing machine, so that would make sense. Ill probably just use it as a tool caddy, this is showing the good side of the piece. The other hand pull is crunched in bad. I love the look of the base of the stand. Anyways if you have one id still love to see another one.
