How do i take apart? looks like there is snap on the bottom, but too tight to use flat head. what can i use?

I did this before... it's just like any other Snap On round head ratchet. I think I used a small pick to get under the "snap." It's actually a piece of coiled spring steel, IIRC.

Yeah, those little springs can definitely be a little tricky. I hate those things actually. As the others have said, with a little patience, you should be able to use a small screwdriver or pick to get under it and get it started.

Once you get it started, lay a shop rag or something over the top so anything that goes flying don't go flying.

ah, okay i got the ring off. those head is 1 part? because when i was playing with it. the turn knob for stuck and it kept turn freely,(lock froze/stuck) so i kinda pry here and there and put it back on.lol it works good now.

Kevin54 I was going to make the same suggestion. I presume you learned it the same eay I did. Laying on the floor trying to get to the deepest darkest craany under a heavy bench.
