Found this in my dads tool box I inherited. Don't know if I'll ever use it but Going to hang on to it. It's got a date code of 1954.

That is sweet, I suddenly have the need to find one of those now, even though I would rarely use it.

I just checked eBay, and nothing, it looks like the tool gods are trying to save me from myself

I can see current day practicle use with it. Machine assymbley, spark plugs, building shelving, and so on.
