Does Anyone have these snap on drawer detents on their tool box that could measure them for me? Probably height and height of the groove mostly. Reason I ask, these are just like whats on my masterforce box from menards. When it gets cold they're a bear to open and close. So if these would fit or could be made to fit and dont have that problem It would be well worth the money. I would hope snap on uses a little better rubber then they did.

Heres the one from my masterforce. Hard as a rock in the cold, 5 min inside and good and flexible.

I don't understand, are you trying to put Snap-on rubbers on Mac box?

Because my Snap-on box did same thing, so that's why I took them out. (drawer would clunk hard after half-way open, because of that rubber piece)

No masterforce box from menards like my post says. Well you didn't elaborate, from your post I assumed you had a masterforce box also. I don't get the hard clunk halfway open, mine is when you shut and open when its cold. Is your snap on box in cold? Was hoping snap on rubber was a little softer when cold.

Yes, cold in garage. 35-40

On my Snap-on box, rubber detente does not ride drawer rail all the time, only when drawer is open half way. It act as speed bump? haha

I know this, but I don't know if mine are same height as snap on. Does anyone know the height or could measure?

Pulling the drawer on our kennedy at work and it's same height. Guessing its pretty common.

See if the slides on your box say Accuride on them. The word may be upside down, so you gotta look closely. Accuride makes the slides for a lot of different toolbox companies; that's why Snap-on detents fit just fine on a MAC box.
